“Empathetic Listeners” shall mean trained individuals who interact with User on the Platform, providing attentive and compassionate listening services.
“Visitor” shall mean any individual accessing, scrolling or browsing the Platform without availing any Service.

This Platform is not suitable for individuals struggling with mental health issues, including those experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or related concerns. We strongly recommend that such individuals refrain from using the Platform, and if You are currently engaging with it, we advise You to discontinue immediately. Continuing to use the Platform will be done at Your own risk.While we strive to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of Your Personal Information, please be aware that online communications may not be completely secure. The Platform does not guarantee the confidentiality of Personal Information shared during sessions and is not responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of your Personal Information.
