Cancellation and Refund

PAYMENT TERMS

Save the first appointment and call session by Visitor which shall be free of cost, each subsequent session by the User must be paid in full at the time of booking the appointment. No appointment will be confirmed until payment is successfully processed. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees. The receipt of payment will be sent to the User via email or provided within the Platform once payment is successfully completed.We reserve the right to change the prices for appointment bookings without prior notice to User. Platform shall display costs pertaining to Service, applicable taxes and any other charges in connection with Your use of Service. All payments required by these Terms of Use are exclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, fines, or similar governmental assessments. You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with use of Service. User agrees to make payment with the help of payment gateway or by any other mode as may be made available on

Platform from time to time. User agrees to abide by and adhere to the terms and conditions of payment gateway providers. The payments shall be secured as per permissible remittance mechanism and payment gateways. The Users understand and acknowledge that Platform undertakes utmost care to provide secure online payment system. However, it is susceptible to hacking, virus attacks, malfunction. The Users undertake all payments subject to own risk. The Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurred to You due to any such malfunction, errors and/or unscrupulous activities.

NO REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Due to the personalized nature of empathetic listening services, all sessions are non-refundable. If You wish to reschedule an appointment, You must do so only once and the request must be made before 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. The rescheduled appointment must take place within one month of the originally booked session. Rescheduling requests made after this period will result in forfeiture of the payment. The Platform reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments only in exceptional circumstances and will provide a refund or rescheduling option if the cancellation is initiated by the Platform.
