How to Request Data Deletion
If you want Boliyee to delete all the data associated with your account, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Send Us an Email
Send an email to: sales.boliyee@gmail.com
Use the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request – Boliyee”
Step 2: Include the Following Details
To verify your identity and locate your account, please include:
- Your registered phone number or email address used in Boliyee
- Your full name
- A short message confirming that you want your data removed
Step 3: Processing Your Request
Once we receive your request:
- We will verify the details provided
- All your data will be permanently deleted from our servers
- You will receive a confirmation email within 7 working days
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon your request, we will delete:
- Your Boliyee account
- Personal details such as name, phone number, email
- Conversation history (listener & seeker calls)
- Any logs associated with your usage
- Payment and call-earning records (from your listener profile)
- Any other information stored on our servers
What Data Is Retained?
Only legally required records (such as tax-related transactions) may be kept for compliance purposes.
These records cannot identify you personally and are stored securely.
